Adults welcome too! 🍬 Right after the parade | Trick-or-treating at participating Perkins Cove businesses 🎨 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Spooky Rock Painting Cross the Perkins Cove bridge and paint your favorite Halloween design, whether it’s a pumpkin, a bat, or something totally original.
