We're hosting a free Gingerbread House Competition for Ogunquit's Christmas by the Sea! 🏠✨ Pick up your gingerbread house kit starting tomorrow, 12/1 thru Thursday, 12/11 at our office at 19 Beach Street in Ogunquit. Houses will be on display on our porch during the Christmas by the Sea Parade on Sat, 12/13 from 2:30–4 PM, where parade-goers can vote for their favorites. Two winners will be announced here on Monday, December 15! Kids prize is a $50 gift card to Village Toy Funatic! Adults/businesses prize is a $100 gift card to Crew OGT!

Welcoming the holiday season, this 39th annual event is a cherished tradition for many Ogunquit visitors and residents. The festival includes tree and bridge lightings, holiday concerts, craft shows, children's activities, Christmas parade, bonfire, fireworks, Santa, and so much more! More detailed event schedule will be posted by mid November. For initial planning, here are our signature events: Friday, 12/12/2025: Footbridge Bridge lighting, Rotary Park tree lighting, Atlantic Harmonies concert, Downtown Sip & Stroll, and Veterans Park tree lighting. I'll be offering 15 minute tarot card readings for $40 (cash or Venmo) at @talespinstudio in Perkins Cove on Friday, Dec. 12th, 5-8pm AND Saturday, Dec. 13th, 11am-2pm as part of Ogunquit's Christmas by the Sea. Celebrate the most festive evening of the year in Perkins Cove. Christmas in the Cove 2025 brings holiday cheer for the whole family. Meet Santa and Mrs Claus at 5pm, join in caroling with Beau Dalleo, and create a memorable photo ornament. Gather for the tree lighting in Rotary Park, enjoy s’mores and cookies, sip hot chocolate, and keep an eye out for The Grinch.
